This video is  hilarious! I dont really know what this kid and his “mates” were thinking. Running around exposing themselves, and kidnapping a dog… But I do like this 16 year old’s defiant nature. I can remember a few times as a kid, doing something very destructive/irresponsible, like crashing a car,  burnin’ down the neighbors enormous oak tree, or egging a neighbors newly re-surfaced tennis court . Those were times where you  just had to distance yourself from an authority figure for a few days to let them simmer down a bit…either way this kid has some balls for getting on TV and telling the “hot” reporter how it is…..!
